How to Book

To make a booking
Check availability of places and request a booking form by email or telephone:

Return the booking form with a deposit of £150 per person (see How to pay below). You may make a provisional booking by email or telephone which must be confirmed by a completed booking form and deposit within one week.

Confirmation of booking
Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send a confirmation and invoice.

Insurance
It is essential that you have insurance to cover such things as medical treatment, repatriation, loss of property and cancellation charges. The name of your insurer and number of your policy will be required by the time your balance is due.

Payment of balance
Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of an Adventure. A reminder will be sent 2 weeks before it is due.

How to pay
The preferred method of payment is by electronic bank transfer. Details of our bank account are on the booking form.

Other methods of payment: Cheque or banker’s draft in Pounds Sterling payable to "Sapori e Saperi Adventures Limited" and posted to 35 Panton Street, Cambridge CB2 1HL, UK. By credit card via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account); after you submit your booking form, you will be sent an email invoice with simple instructions on how to pay.

All payments must be in Sterling. You must pay any currency exchange fees and bank charges.

Adventure details
An itinerary and other background information will be sent to you in good time before the start of the Adventure.
