To make a booking

To book a small group tour contact us to check availability of places and request a booking form.

To ask us to help you plan a tour tailor made to you or your group, contact us and after agreeing a programme, we will send you a booking form as described below.

Return the booking form with the deposit (see How to pay below). You may make a provisional booking by email or telephone which must be confirmed by a completed booking form and deposit within one week.

Confirmation of booking

Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send a confirmation.

Insurance

It is essential that you have insurance to cover such things as medical treatment, repatriation, loss of property and cancellation charges. The name of your insurer and number of your policy will be required by the time your balance is due.

Payment of balance

Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of a tour. A reminder will be sent 2 weeks before it is due.

How to pay

The preferred method of payment is by electronic bank transfer. Details of our bank account are on the booking form.

All payments must be in Euros. You must pay any currency exchange fees and bank charges.

Tour details

An itinerary and other background information will be sent to you in good time before the start of the tour.
