Small Group Tours
Gastronomy is the art of choosing, cooking and eating good food. Our seasonal themed tours go one step further, giving you the opportunity to be involved in the process; for instance in picking olives to take to the oil press, or making Garfagnana potato bread with the village baker. You can mix with the locals at village festivals, or connoisseurs at a wine tasting. Some of our tours include local crafts, from handloom fabrics to basket-weaving. With art, architecture, music and gardens to add spice, we hope to welcome you on one of these exciting and involving voyages of discovery soon.
